How it works...

    We provide your company with a toll free number or multiple numbers depending on the promotions you may be doing, it is then routed to your main business phone number, so you do not have to worry about any number changes.  The number is placed in the ad for your potential customers to reach you.  Once a call is placed to that number, tracking begins.

It starts by collecting the number of rings it takes to answer the call. It then captures the phone number of the person calling in. Once the call is answered, the call is then recorded for you to listen to at any time.  The purpose of the recorded conversation can be for several reasons, 1. You can make sure the calls are being handled correctly by your response person or team. 2. Recapture any information potentially lost in the call.

How it works...

    We place a web address on the mail piece that your potential customer can visit and enter in a code.  That code is specific to your ad campaign. Once the person has entered in the code provided on the mailer, they are redirected to the web page specific to your mailer.

Once they have reached the page, they enter in specific required information about themselves for your sales response team to contact them back. Once the information is collected, you will receive an e-mail notice of their contact form...
